Where do I start?

The first step is to get a brief put together, which will tell us what you are looking for in your award. Include as much information as possible, including colour, size, shape, and material. You can either email your brief to sales@customtrophydesign.com or fill out the brief form on our website.

How much does a custom award cost?

Every custom award is designed to the customer’s individual requirements; no two bespoke awards are the same. Because of this, we can’t put prices on the website or over the phone as it will completely depend on your needs. If you would like to discuss your needs and get a quote please get in touch by emailing us at sales@customtrophydesign.com.

What’s the difference between off-the-shelf and bespoke?

Bespoke awards are designed and created for you. They are unique to your needs and designed to fit your budget and brand.

Off-the-shelf awards are standardised with set designs and sizes. These cost less and are manufactured at a quicker rate than that of our custom trophies. You can customise an off-the-shelf trophy to fit your brand, but the options are limited compared to a custom trophy.

What is the timeframe from ordering my awards to delivery?

Custom trophies are difficult to provide lead times for without having seen the initial brief, depending on the design and requirements of the trophies. Once we have seen the initial brief, we can give you an idea of the timeframes.

When we send out the initial quote, we will supply you with lead times for the trophies. If you need quicker lead times, then get in touch to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate you if we can.

What file types should I send my logo in?

Ideally, we would like to receive your logos and artwork as high-quality vector files in either .ai, .pdf or .eps file extensions.

My Artwork is too large to send to you; how can I get it to you?

If your file is too large, we recommend you send us your file via WeTransfer. This service is free to use, and you can send files up to 2GB. Please send any files to sales@customtrophydesign.com.

What processes do you use to make your awards?

We have a variety of processes available to us that enable us to make your custom trophies. Our processes include the following:
